Water Damage Hardwood Floor

This flooded kitchen near Topeka, KS was the result of a broken refrigerator water line. Notice the extent of the water damage to the hardwood floor in the before picture. Due to the extent of damage we were not able to save this flooring, so we had to remove the hardwood for the customer. We were able to dry out the underlayment and all of the kitchen cabinets for the customer which thrilled them to not have to replace everything in the kitchen as they were expecting. Our SERVPRO of East Topeka crew was able to get in and tear out the flooring and get the rest of the area dried out quickly and to the customers satisfaction.
